Friend of the court staff provides the following services:
- Enforcement services on custody, parenting time and support orders.
- Mediation, when both parents agree to participate, as an optional way of settling disagreements about custody or parenting time.
- When directed by the judge, to conduct investigations and make reports and recommendations to the court regarding:
- Custody
- Parenting Time (which may include transportation)
- Amount of Child Support (including medical support).

Financial information regarding your accounts may be obtained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll free: (877) 543-2660. Your social security number is required to obtain financial information. First time users are required to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you have already completed this step, simply enter your existing PIN #.

THE SMILE PROGRAM
Start Making It Livable for Everyone (SMILE) is a divorce adjustment program offered to parents going through divorce. This program is offered quarterly. There is a $20.00 charge for the program. Please contact the Oscoda County Friend of the Court Office for further details.
