The EDC exists to enhance the economy and improve the quality of life in Oscoda County. We seek to accomplish our mission by creating a strong business environment that provides long term employment opportunities yet preserves the unique, rural character of our county.

If you’re an existing business or have plans to begin a business in Oscoda County you may be eligible for a business loan from the Oscoda County Economic Development Corporation. EDC Board Member Opening
EDC has a vacancy on our Board, we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6PM at the Oscoda County Library. If you are interested in joining our Board, please submit a Letter of Interest to Chris Southwell at edc@oscodacountymi.com for Board consideration.
